Todays Student-Sandy
I had a one to one session today with a new student Sandy.
She was recommended to me by one of my friends/students Jane.
Sandy wasnt sure which painting she wanted to do when she got here but liked the look of the Serenity paintings that are hanging in the kitchen drying, so she decided to do a blue version.
She was quite nervous to begin but soon settled down when she saw just how easy it was and how quickly it all came together.
Within minutes Sandy had a beautiful sky, some water and a row of faraway trees.
We were kept amused all morning by Jake who chattered constantly and laughed histericaly at times-we were creased at him!
We soon had the snow put in, after showing Sandy just how important it is to get the angles correct when doing things like snow and reflections.
She got her confidence very quickly and said she could see just how addictive it was-
She wants to come along to some more classes, and Im looking forward to seeing her again soon.
