Encaustic pictures
Here are some of the encaustic pictures created last night at the WI demo.
You can see why the ladies were taken by it--the landscapes took around 20-30 seconds to do.
The abstracts take a bit longer sometimes--Bill does the symetrical patterns-I havent the patience for that like he has.
He makes a lovely job of them.
I like the ones that are cut across with the iron-I like the depth that it creates.
Its great fun to do and you get something different every time.
