YESTERDAYS CLASS-FOXGLOVES
We had 3 new students in class yesterday--Jan, Gay and Rachel all came along for the first time.Gay and Jan were complete first time painters, while Rachel had attended one oil class in Kidderminster before.
from left to right-Chris, Gay (1st), Pauline,Jan(1st), and Rachel (1st).
As you can see we had some great results as usual-though Pauline said it was the hardest one yet!
Chris sailed through the class and his painting was absolutely superb as you can see here.
Jan was a bit worried she might find it hard as she has a few health problems, but she managed it and her first painting was beautiful.
We had a wide variety of shapes and sized foxgloves--this painting seemed to allow peoples personality's to come more than usual!
Its always interesting for me to stand back and watch how people tackle the painting after seeing me do my bit.
Rachel is coming next week with her 7 year old grandaughter and Jan is coming along to do the African Dream painting.
Im really looking forward to seeing everyone again!
